What is Curcumin?
Curcumin is that yellow powder mom likes to keep at home for those yellow dishes like curry. It’s sourced from turmeric root and has been shown to have therapeutic properties when it comes to inflammation, infection, and works as a potent antioxidant. Research confirms its potency to match those of common anti-inflammatory drugs.
Should I consider taking a curcumin dietary supplement?

How much curcumin should I take?
The general recommended dose of plain curcumin varies per body weight, but the general range amounts to between 3,000 mg to 12,000 mg daily.
